Vivian Mendez - Senior Tax Associate

Vivian is an analytical and bilingual professional who offers 30 years of experience in tax and accounting. She began her career in a small firm and then spent 3 years at PWC but preferred a small firm atmosphere. She has expertise in general accounting, payroll, property tax, and federal and state income tax preparation. Her strong team-working and multi-tasking skills allow her to successfully and accurately complete projects within time and budget constraints. Vivian's solid interpersonal skills allow her to interface with professionals at all levels. Vivian graduated with a bachelor's degree from Barry University (1993) and Master's degree in Accounting from Nova University (1995). She joined our firm in August 2013.

Lisa Rowitz, CPA - Senior Tax Associate

Lisa Rowitz has been practicing in public accounting for over ten years, spending the first ten years of her career at a national accounting and advisory firm. Lisa has developed a vast knowledge within a variety of different industries, including, but not limited to, hospitality, wholesale, real estate, and professional service organizations such as law firms, medical firms, and consulting firms. A significant portion of her career has been focused on providing tax and accounting services to her clients including federal, state, and local tax compliance as well as international tax matters. Lisa graduated with her Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from Florida State University. She then went on to obtain her Master of Accounting degree from Florida International University and has been a Certified Public Accountant since 2013.

Niki Weston, CPA - Senior Tax Associate

Niki, a South Florida native, has been in public accounting for over ten years. After graduating with her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Florida State University, she began her career at a national accounting and advisory firm. Niki then earned a Master of Taxation from Nova Southeastern University and has been a Certified Public Accountant since 2010. She has experience working with businesses across the hospitality, real estate, and professional services sectors, specializing in tax compliance and financial accounting.
